Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly at [email/contact number]. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the artwork will already be in the process of shipping or preparation.
No Refunds: Due to the exclusive nature of the artworks, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. We encourage customers to review all details carefully and reach out with any questions before completing their purchase.
Damage in Transit: In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with photos of the damage. While we cannot offer refunds, we will work with you to resolve the issue, such as offering a repair or replacement where applicable.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is included in the purchase price for deliveries worldwide, with the exception of the following countries:
- Afghanistan
- Syria
- North Korea
- Iran
- Somalia
- Yemen
- Sudan
- Libya
- Unfortunately, due to logistical challenges and regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship to these countries.
Shipping Method: All artworks are shipped in a rolled form, carefully packed in protective tubes to ensure their safe transit. This method helps preserve the integrity of the painting during shipping. Upon receiving the artwork, it can be professionally stretched and framed.
Delivery Time: Once your order is confirmed, the artwork will be dispatched within 7 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, but typically range between 10 to 15 business days.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the artwork is shipped, so you can monitor the delivery status at your convenience.
Customs & Duties: Any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country will be the responsibility of the buyer.
